The use of fire doors is one of the main conditions for ensuring fire safety of buildings.
Our fire doors have been tested, comply with European quality standards EN 16034:2014, and have the relevant certificates. We produce metal fire doors with fire resistance limits EI30, EI60.
Metal fire door is a single system consisting of fire-resistant materials: fire-resistant canvas, fireproof profile, filling with heat-insulating materials, foam fireproof seal, door hardware (closers, handles, hinges, panic handles).
As a finish – powder painting, the ability to choose any shade from the RAL catalog.
We can produce single or double-leaf fire doors, doors with glazing, with upper or side transom.
Fire protection system NT 78 EI.
Aluminum fireproof interior and exterior doors made of three-chamber system NT 78 EI.
The structural depth of aluminum profiles for frames and sashes is 78 mm. The system uses 35 mm wide thermal insulation gaskets. The three-chamber aluminum system and additional reinforcing elements make it possible to manufacture structures with large dimensions.
Fire classification: EI15, EI30, EI45, EI60.
Filling: Glass and fire-resistant double-glazed windows complying with the requirements of PN-EN 1279-1:2006, PN-EN 1279-5:2006.
Smoke resistance: Class SA and SM according to PN-EN 13501-2:2005.
POL-SKONE EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS doors with high fire resistance and sound insulation parameters guarantee safety and comfort of people inside the building. In addition, the possibility of manufacturing a wing up to 2.5 m high and a wide range of wood finishes, including more than 80 colors, give great freedom in matching it to individual functional and aesthetic requirements.
Doors EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS, thanks to modern production technology and specially designed construction of the leaf and frame, have excellent technical parameters for fire resistance (30 and 60 min) and sound insulation (27 and 32 dB). Thanks to these properties, EI PLUS products are intended for all public buildings where it is important to comply with fire safety requirements and ensure the privacy of individual rooms. EI 30 PLUS and EI 60 PLUS doors, in accordance with building regulations, can be used as so-called fire separation elements used to create cut-off zones.
